VINTAGE Costume Dotothy from Wizard of Oz Child's Small

<span;>VINTAGE Costume Dotothy from Wizard of .oz.  This is in fair condition look at all of pictures to determine the condition.  It says S, the measurements from pit to pit are 12.5" which is a 25" chest the waist will stretch out to aprox 26" .  The length is  aprox. 21.5".  It does have snags on the white part of the dress which is common with costumes with velcro.
